  • Roasted ragi flour - 1 tbsp
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tsp
  • Chilled almond or oat milk - 200 ml
Instructions
Step-1
In a small bowl, mix ragi and cocoa with a few spoons of hot water to make a smooth paste.
Step-2
Add chilled milk and blend or shake until smooth.
Step-3
Serve with ice or garnish with a dusting of cocoa. Optional: Add chopped roasted almonds for texture.
