  • Milk chocolate - 1.25 cup
  • Cream - 0.5 cup
  • Digestive biscuits - 18 piece
  • Pistachios - 0.33 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 0.5 tbsp
  • Pistachio paste - 3 tbsp
  • Melted pistachio paste - 3 tbsp
Instructions
Step-1
In a bowl add chopped milk chocolate and pour hot cream over it to make ganache.
Step-2
Grind together digestive biscuits, pistachios and cocoa powder.
Step-3
Pour the mixture into the ganache and mix well.
Step-4
Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Step-5
Once cool, shape it into smooth balls and coat with finely chopped pistachios.
Step-6
Place the balls on a tray and make an indent in the centre.
Step-7
Fill the indent with pistachio paste and with some melted milk chocolate.
