Ingredients
- American Pistachios (peeled, blanched and skin removed) - 0.5 cup
- Milk - 0.5 cup
- Oats - 2 tbsp
- Matcha powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar free white chocolate - 30 g
- Vanilla essence - 0.5 tsp
- Whipped cream (to garnish)
- Dried rose petals and slivered pistachios (to garnish)
Instructions
Step-1
Blanch the pistachios in hot water and remove the skins.
Step-2
In a blender, add pistachios, oats, a little milk, and matcha powder. Blend into a smooth paste.
Step-3
Strain the mixture into a saucepan and add the remaining milk.
Step-4
Heat on low flame, then add sugar-free white chocolate and vanilla essence. Stir until well combined.
Step-5
Bring to a gentle boil and turn off the heat.
Step-6
Serve hot, topped with whipped cream, dried rose petals, and slivered pistachios.
