For those who believe coffee deserves a place well beyond our morning routines, this cocktail might become your newest hyperfixation.

Featuring a fusion of deep, bittersweet cold brew and bright, tart hibiscus syrup, this vodka-based Coffee cocktail is the kind of drink that tastes equal parts familiar and unexpected. For a drink, it has everything: the boldness that coffee lovers crave is softened by floral notes of the hibiscus syrup which also adds enough sweetness that keeps every sip balanced. Think of it as your favourite cold brew, all grown up into a cocktail.

Crafted by Nitin Gupta, Head Bartender at BeeYoung Brewgarden, this cocktail plays with contrast in the best way possible—earthy coffee bitterness meets the gentle tang of hibiscus syrup, while optional chocolate bitters add an extra layer of richness for those who like their drinks like that. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or simply someone who can’t resist a good coffee experiment, this fusion might become your favourite before you know it.

Note:
  • Double the ingredients when cooking for more people to ensure everyone gets a fluffy stack.
  • Swap out eggs for mashed bananas, yogurt, or flaxseed mix if you're vegetarian or allergic to eggs.
  • Use buttermilk instead of regular milk for extra soft and airy pancakes.
  • Let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before cooking to get fluffier pancakes.
  • Cook on medium-low heat to avoid burning while ensuring even cooking.
  • Add vanilla extract or cinnamon for an extra touch of flavor.
  • Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or honey for a delicious and healthy twist.
