  • Chilled Jasmine Tea - 20 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice - 15 ml
  • Fresh Mint Leaves - 10 piece

Step-1
Gently clap the mint leaves to release the aroma. Add mint, Bacardi Superior Rum, lychee cordial, chilled jasmine tea, and fresh lime juice into a shaker.
Step-2
Add ice and give it a short, gentle shake, don’t over-shake, or the mint can turn bitter.
Step-3
Double strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with chilled soda water.
Step-4
Give one light stir to integrate. Garnish with a fresh mint bouquet and a lychee pearl.
