Kamei’s winter menu celebrates the season, weaving its modern Asian flair with the cozy embrace of winter flavors.
The experience begins with Kamei’s signature pork xiao long bao, setting the stage for a menu that strikes a balance between comfort and creative flair.
Guests can savour a bowl of prawn or mushroom dumpling soup, a warm treat against the Delhi chill. The crab nest and tofu nest, each cocooned in crisp angel-hair pastry, deliver a delicate yet satisfying bite.

The menu opens with highlights such as the oven-roasted salmon, glazed with a glossy red curry reduction and brightened with kaffir lime, followed by the crispy baked chicken served alongside a refreshing pomelo salad and a zingy Asian som tam dressing. The silken tofu is another star. It is presented in a velvety black pepper sauce, accompanied by king oyster and shiitake mushrooms that lend depth, warmth, and texture to every bite.
To end on a sweet and indulgent note, guests can enjoy the sticky banana cake with coconut ice cream or the delicate coconut panacotta paired with pineapple confit. Complementing these dishes is The Spice Route’s curated selection of wines, festive cocktails, and warm seasonal beverages.

This winter, Via Bombay is making its debut with an all-new winter menu featuring 18 dishes and two signature mocktails, each reflecting the comforting depth of home-style Sindhi flavours. Begin with soulful small plates such as seyal pav, arbi tuk, bheej ji tikki, chola dabal, and the satisfying dal sandwich.
The heart of the menu lies in classics such as Sindhi kadhi, sai bhaji with bhugal chawal, tindali dal with dhodho, and besani ki sabji.
Seafood lovers can savour seasonal renditions of seyal machi and pali machi. Sindhi falooda and Thadal are two cocktails on the menu that you should definitely try. Finish on a warm and indulgent note with gach (golden jaggery fudge), served with rabadi, which serves as the perfect sweet ode to the season.

FIO Cookhouse ushers in the season with its all-new winter edit, featuring a vibrant curation of global comfort food, fire-grilled favourites, and fresh winter produce. This time, it also features Mediterranean flavours that are seamlessly woven into its signature world cuisine.
The menu opens with offerings like the bright ginger lime lentil broth, enriched with a parmesan reduction and customizable with spinach ricotta gnudi. Next, enjoy the gremolata-pulled chicken, accompanied by the fresh and layered grilled avocado and berry salad, with optional accompaniments such as sumac halloumi or Cajun warm chicken.

FIO Cookhouse is ready to serve its diners some delectable dishes from its winter edit.
Small plates take centre stage with a mezze-inspired spread featuring hummus and pickled olives, accompanied by quinoa lavash and sesame pita. Other highlights from the small plate section include the smoky robata Turkish aubergine with tahini harissa and zaatar dukkah, molten grigliata melt chicken skewers, and the aromatic lamb chop Peshwa finished with coriander garlic leaf toum.
For dessert, cacao churros with paprika chocolate cremeux, rum hazelnut, and toasted coconut crumb steal the show.
