Easter is a story of renewal, and as we prepare for the incoming summer and shed our wintery selves,, it’s the perfect time to celebrate—with a scrumptious meal, of course!
Easter might traditionally be about eggs and family meals, but across India, there are some weekend tables that are worth the outing with loved ones. Think: less predictable brunches and more menus that go all out, complete with a combination of global influences, regional, and generational traditions, repeat-worthy cocktails, and a whole lot of indulgence. From long, lazy brunch spreads to curated feasts, this Easter’s about to be a full-blown celebration.
What makes these menus especially fun is their range. If one table leans nostalgic, rooted in bringing traditions to the table, another goes big on experimental fusions, a well-stocked bar, and over-the-top desserts you hold still for. Add to that live music, egg-shaped chocolate desserts, and spaces meant for a long, long meal, and you’ve got yourself the perfect plans for a long weekend.
So whether you’re in it for the classics, the cocktails, or just an excuse to gather your loved ones and eat really well, these Easter menus across the country are worth clearing your calendar for!

O Pedro
The Easter Feaster at O Pedro is all about celebrating with a Goan edge, complete with a full table, good music, and plates you keep going back to. The menu leans into bold flavours, Portuguese influences, and dishes designed for sharing across a long, easy weekend.

The spread starts strong with the Charred Cabbage Foogath, smoky and coconuty, finished with chilli garlic oil and sesame crumble, and eases into dishes like Chicken Scotch Eggs with cafreal ketchup and Baked Clam Rissois layered with green masala and herb butter. As for larger plates, they also have Lobster & Squid Sukka with a crisp vermicelli base, Ham & Cheese “Hot Cross Buns” that flip the Easter classic into something savoury, and a Portuguese Lamb Roast paired with confit garlic and grilled shishito peppers. Add to that Pork Chop Cutlets with green rassa and smoked corn salad, and a hearty Devilled Beef Roast with potato hash and pickled mustard relish, and you get the kind of menu that encourages second servings without hesitation. Dessert will serve specialities like The Ice Cream Sando with mascarpone, fig compote, and rum chocolate sauce, and a delish Burnt Orange Cake.
The bonus? A band called The Vindaloos will keep things fun and cheery throughout the meal. Very on brand.

La Panthera
For Easter day this year, on Sunday, La Panthera, one of BKC’s favourite spots for European fare, is hosting an exclusive one-day-only lunch.

The celebratory meal brings a unique collaboration between in-house Chef Manuel Olveira and Goan Chef Ralph Prazeres to the table. This only means one thing: with two distinct culinary styles on one table, bringing to diners the best of both European and Goan delicacies, AKA the most delish meal for Ester Sunday.
Highlights include the Pastel de Nata Sourdough Pizza and a slow-roasted lamb inspired by classic Easter traditions in Europe. There are also signature dishes from both the chefs’ kitchens, including the Bloody Mary ceviche, charred octopus, pork belly with apple sauce, Goan Prawn XO with brie, and 48-hour pizzas. On the collaborative front, diners will be served slow-roasted lamb, as well as signatures such as seabass skewers with chimichurri, burrata with raw mango jam, red amaranth salad, and cheddar mushroom croquettas. Lastly, for sweet treats, there’s a Padaria Prazeres bakes pop-up with delicious baked treats like an Easter-special carrot cake, berliners, palmiers, and pastel de nata.

Terra, Mulberry Shades
This Easter, Terra is keeping things easy, breezy, and exactly how a long weekend should feel, with their “Sip, Dip ‘n’ Dine” brunch. Set against open, airy spaces with views of Nandi Hills, the kind of setting that makes you want to slow down and celebrate, this meal is all about taking a step back and truly relaxing to celebrate, one plate, one view, and one drink at a time.

On the food front, there’s a lot to choose from. You can start light at the salad bar before moving into heartier dishes like Terra’s herb-crusted chicken and roasted lamb, with favourites like butter chicken and malai kofta if a taste of comfort is just what you’re craving. With Thai curries, you also get a global touch, while sides like grilled corn, fresh salads, and warm breads are ideal for light pick-me-ups. Desserts have always got to be festive, and festive they are at this Easter table. Think chocolate Easter eggs, strawberry cheesecake, and fruit coolers.
For those who seek a little experience with a side of food and drinks, they also have a DIY Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar, live music setting the tone, and access to the pool and recreational spaces to stretch the afternoon beyond the table. Tijouri
On the occasion of Easter this weekend, chef Priya Varghese of Tijouri brings the taste and memories of her home kitchen to the tables at Tijouri. What to expect? Recipes passed down generations, age-old favourites, staples from Syrian-Christian households, and an Easter that feels peculiarly close to home.

The meal begins on a rather simple note with Chef Varghese’s amuse-bouche, the kappa phuzhungiyathu, a Keralan delicacy made with tender steamed tapioca, before moving into heavier snacks like beef cutlet and vazhappu vada—the latter being a fritter made with shredded banana flower, chana dal, onions, and spices. For mains, Varghese’s spread has a lot up its sleeve. From duck roast and kodumpuli meen curry to egg roast and a rich Nasrani mutton biryani.
For accompaniments, there’s ulli theeyal, a Keralan curry made with shallots simmered in a dark, roasted coconut-and-tamarind gravy, pineapple pachadi, and kandari chammandi, a spicy chutney also from Kerala. Served with vatteappam and red matta rice, the meal ends with madakusan—a delicious crepe filled with sugar—keeping dessert just as rooted in tradition as everything that comes before it.
