  • Onion(Medium sized, thinly sliced) - 3 piece
  • Handful of coriander leaves - 0 g
  • Green chilly(finely chopped) - 1 piece
  • Kashmiri chilli powder - 0.5 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 0.25 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 0.5 tsp
  • Anardana(optional) - 0.25 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 0.25 tsp
  • Rava - 1.5 tsp
  • Samosa/ Spring roll sheets - 12 piece
  • Wheat flour - 1 tsp
  • Oil to fry - 0 g
  • Salt to taste - 0 g
Instructions
Step-1
To a bowl, add all the ingredients for the filling and mix well.
Step-2
Make the atta paste, using atta and water.
Step-3
Remove each samosa sheet, fold and spoon the filling
Step-4
Close and seal using the flour(atta) paste.
Step-5
Once all the samosas are ready, heat oil in a kadai or pan and once the oil has reached the right temperature, fry all samosas in batches. Fry them till they are uniformly golden brown on all sides.
Step-6
Your delicious Irani Samosa is now ready to be served.
