Jaipur's newest restaurant openings are worth checking out
Jaipur’s dining scene is having a moment. Whether you’re looking for a dinner spot, a cocktail bar, or a place that combines food with a lively social atmosphere, these new openings bring something different to Jaipur’s ever-evolving culinary landscape. Here are four new restaurants and bars worth adding to your list.
The Sawai
If there is one destination in the Pink City that everyone is discussing and heading to, whether for dinners or for parties, it is The Sawai at JLN Marg. The restaurant is a contemporary interpretation of Jaipur’s royal dining culture, bringing together fine dining, a bar, an alfresco lounge, and even a boutique bowling space under one roof. With so much on offer, it sets the tone for the rest of the experience.
Sawai opens as Jaipur’s newest spot for dates, parties, and even bowling matches
The Sawai’s menu is deliberately expansive, moving between Modern Indian, Asian, European, and Italian influences rather than sticking to a single cuisine. Its philosophy is to take familiar flavours and formats and give them a contemporary, playful treatment, while retaining strong Rajasthani references. Start with the Sawai Raj Kachori, a modern take on the classic, or the Edamame & Mushroom Kakori Kebab. From the Asian section, the Truffle Cream Cheese & Edamame Dumplings and Fiery Charred Prawns are good picks. For something distinctly Rajasthani, go for the Sawai Laal Maas with Khamiri Roti. The Sawai Special Ravioli reflects the menu’s Italian side, while the 24K Dark Chocolate Gold Bar makes for a decadent finish.
From the cocktail menu, don’t forget to try the Jharoka Sour, which combines single malt whisky with saffron-infused organic honey syrup, fresh lime, and egg white foam. Other highlights include the Maharani Rose Elixir (gin, rose syrup, and fresh lime, shaken long over ice with a rose petal garnish) and Royal Cardamom Cold Brew (single-origin Nilgiri coffee cold-brewed for 18 hours with green cardamom and organic almond milk, served over ice).

Chor Bizarre
Chor Bizarre, the iconic Delhi restaurant that pioneered the themed dining experience in India, has now arrived at InterContinental Jaipur, bringing its distinctive blend of regional Indian cuisine, nostalgia and eccentric design to the Pink City.
The menu celebrates India’s culinary diversity while giving special prominence to Kashmir—the cuisine Chor Bizarre was among the first to take outside the Valley. Expect Kashmiri classics such as tabak maaz, goshtaba, dum aloo and haaq, alongside dishes from across the country, including junglee maas, jackfruit moilee, Himachali lakhori khumb, martaban chhole and three styles of biryani. Chaats and an extensive vegetarian selection complete the menu.
Chor Bizzare opens in the Pink City
The bar takes a similarly Indian approach, using ingredients such as kahwa, khus, tamarind, raw mango, saffron and walnut. Drinks include the Pink City Spritz, Mango Margarita, Kashmiri Kahwa Punch and Walnut & Coconut Old Fashioned, alongside shikanjvi, lassi and house sodas.
The Spotted Society has opened as a premium vegetarian dining destination and cocktail lounge in Jaipur’s C-Scheme. Expect a Rajasthani cuisine-led menu that gives regional flavours a modern treatment, while the bar keeps the experience equally central.
The bar is central to the experience, with the restaurant promising a global cocktail programme built around its striking 20-foot-wide, statement bar. The emphasis is on crafted cocktails rather than simply pairing drinks with the food, making The Spotted Society as much a drinking destination as a dining room.
The interiors are perhaps the most distinctive part of the experience. Designed in a neoclassical style, the space uses a palette of espresso, aged bronze, and cognac, with leopard-inspired artwork adding a playful edge. It works well as a space where evenings can seamlessly move from dinner to cocktails.
Romeo Lane
Romeo Lane Jaipur is a newly-opened rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar built around the idea of “nature meets indulgence.” The brand positions its spaces as culinary destinations where food, creative mixology and dramatic interiors come together, with sustainability also playing a role in its cocktail philosophy. That mix carries through the menu.
The food menu takes a broad, modern approach, bringing together Indian and global influences rather than committing to a single cuisine. Some of Romeo Lane’s signature dishes include starters such as Pav Bhaji Balls, Matar and Pyaaz Sambhool, and Cheddar and Jalapeno Mushroom. If you are looking to try some Italian, their Rigatoni Rosso Sorentina and Murgh Makhani Risotto are must-tries. From their desserts, diners are loving their Espresso Basque Cheesecake and Berries Tres Leches.
On the drinks front, you can opt for your classic picantes or LIITs, but they offer a range of signature cocktails with Romeo Fiesta, Spice Me Up, and Secret Garden as highlights and bestsellers. The Jaipur outpost features warm lighting, lush greenery, and ornate design elements that create a polished yet lively atmosphere, while the rooftop setting makes it particularly suited to sunset drinks and late-evening dining. Overall, it is a spot that brings together food, drinks and ambience in one polished setting. it balances style and energy well.
