In a city that thrives on culinary innovation, Delhi NCR’s dining scene is embracing a quiet yet meaningful revolution — one rooted in the fresh and seasonal ingredients. The farm-to-table movement, once a niche philosophy, has evolved into a conscious culinary trend that celebrates sustainability and seasonality.

Across Delhi NCR, chefs and restaurateurs are bringing diners ingredient-forward menus that feature dishes that tell a story.

From restaurants that champion ingredients harvested from an in-house hotel farm to one that serves dishes with no artificial flavorings or preservatives, here’s a list of five farm-to-table cafes in Delhi that you should check out.

Highlights from their menu include a buttery steak with spaghetti, black and white rice from Nagaland, stir-fried with fermented bamboo water and homemade kimchi, and grilled Kashmiri kalari with pita, bell pepper salsa, and red pepper sauce.
