Latango at Eldeco Centre is restaurateur Sahil Sambi’s attempt at bringing a European diner with a Japanese accent to Delhi.
Behind the menu are Chef Roberto Blondi and Chef Joe Stanchi who use innovative techniques and authentic ingredients and recipes to create delectable dishes.
From the food menu, begin with a salad. Go with their spinach and parmesan salad or the lemon and herb-cooked octopus salad is a must-try too.
Next up, choose their scallop sashimi with smoked ponzu, the crispy prawn takosu, and the home-style lobster that is a diner favourite.
The drinks menu at Latango is one that is designed to be an exchange of letters between artists from the West and East. Some highlights include Cubist Negroni (a letter from Picasso to Amrita Shergill), the nudist picante (an exchange between Donald Judd and Raza Abidi), and the Dali bomb.
The 165-cover space spread across two floors, with a large alfresco area, a sculptural bar, and a double-height ceiling also features India’s only two-storey show kitchen.

Manam Chocolate at Eldeco Centre is a live chocolaterie that defines itself as a before-the-bean-beyond-the-bar chocolate brand. It offers over 350 chocolate products across 50 categories. It was the talk of the town when in opened up in July, this year and has continued to impress the diners with their extensive and promising offerings.
Some must-tries from their roster are the tripe chocolate croissant, sticky pecan roll, chocolate orange cupcake, dark chocolate and pistachio cookie, and lemon blueberry tart .
Their offerings go beyond the sweet treats. From a range of savoury options, go for their open toasts and sandwiches. The avocado and truffle open toast and stewed lamb sandwich are highlights.

Kaméi It is a premium luxury modern Asian restaurant and cocktail bar that is a great combination of good food, stylish décor, and a lively atmosphere.
Some highlights from Kamei’s menu include the salmon, lime, and pineapple ceviche, yellowtail hamachi sashimi, spicy tuna sushi, and brown butter lobster dum sum. Some other diner favourites include classics like pork belly tossed in Thai coriander relish and bulgogi. Their tuna nori taco with Hokkaido salsa are a must-try too.

Signature dishes from their menu include their chicken teeka on toast, very nice salad (Japanese-origin green, mizuna, and spicy Indian fermented drink- kanji as dressing), yellowtail ceviche (fresh hamachi marinated in leow som- a sweet and sour sauce, topped with pickled red radish), zucchini hasselback, and the hot Manhattan pizzetta.
The restaurant also allocated a portion for a small patisserie and cafe which makes for a perfect spot to sip over a cup of coffee. Hikki, is a modern Japanese and Peruvian restaurant and bar that specialises in Nikkei cuisine (a cuisine that blends Japanese cooking techniques with Peruvian ingredients). An extension of the menu is the olive tree, a significant Peruvian cultural symbol, that sits in the middle of the restaurant.
Curated by Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, some signature dishes from the menu include black cod robata, pickled vegetables, brie sushi, and pork Belly donburi.
