Chef Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio, Dubai,is all set to collaborate with its Indian counterpart in BKC, Mumbai that is headed by Chef Sarfaraz Ahmed, for a chef’s tasting menu towards the end of February. The restaurant in Dubai is the world’s first and only Indian restaurant with three Michelin Stars. It is located at an exclusive location at the famous Palm Jumeirah and offers its diners with a spectacular dining experience rooted in Indian kitchens, recipes, and techniques.

Trèsind Studio’s Indian counterpart, located in BKC, Mumbai, offers a similar course-by-course experience, and boasts one of the city’s best meals.  This February, both forces are coming together in what one could call one of the finest food collaborations.

What to Expect at the Event

For two days only, this tasting menu at Trèsind BKC offers diners a 10-course journey into the culinary genius of Chef Himanshu Saini and Sarfaraz Ahmed, the trailblazing chefs, behind Trèsind Dubai and India, respectively.

The dishes among the 10-course menu have never been served or tasted by diners in any of the restaurant’s outposts across the world, and offer an exclusive look into the talent behind the brand. Diners are instructed to expect the unexpected, alongside exceptional craft, experimental dishes, and, a balance between precision and imagination. In short, be ready to experience Indian regional cuisines at their finest and most experimental.

According to the organisers, this event is likely to be a “true work of art where each course speaks in its own language of craft and intention, unfolding stories of technique, terroir and imagination, leaving a lasting impression long after the final bite.”
