Supper clubs in Delhi NCR

While going on trips with a group of people has been around for some time now, sitting around the table, sharing a meal, and telling tales to people you don’t know is an idea that I was introduced to only recently. Supper clubs are these social dining establishments where people come together for good food and a good time.

While breaking the ice with a new group can feel like a task to many, breaking bread together most definitely helps with clearing the uncomfortable air that surrounds you. Explore these five supper clubs in Delhi that you should sign up for, for a great meal with fascinating tales.

Best Supper Clubs in Delhi

Seré Supper Club

The Seré Supper Club (@seresupperclub), which defines itself as a love letter to food and friendship, organises lunches and dinners in Gurugram and Chandigarh.

Started by Samiksha Chaudhary and Taarini Gupta, Seré Supper Club hosted its first supper as an intimate gathering of six strangers. The first meal in Gurugram featured Italian dishes, including three cheese ravioli with mushroom and sage and the Puttanesca sauce, which packs a spicy kick with a pungency that comes from the capers and olives.

Their suppers have also featured Japanese and Mexican cuisines paired with fun games and conversations to taste.

If you are on the lookout to create bonds over a meal in Gurugram or Chandigarh, you must follow their social media handles to receive notifications about their next supper.

Jeeman

Surabhi Bhandari brings the flavours of Jodhpur to Delhi NCR with her supper club called Jeeman (@jeemanbysurabhibhandari). “Jeeman” is a Marwadi term that means eating together. Bhandari’s entire family gets engrossed in hosting the 15 guests who drop in every month to enjoy a Marwadi meal at their Gurugram home.

From sitting on the floor and eating on a chowki to a demonstration of how a certain dish is eaten, the meal is an immersive experience that also brings you closer to the Marwadi culinary culture. A six-course meal at Jeeman is wholesome and fulfilling. From gulab ka sharbat and bhutte ki sabji to begin, the meal progresses to churma, daal baati, and rabri ke malpue.

Camellia Artisanal

This Bengali supper club was started by power duo Komolika and Som after they experienced the supper club culture in Mumbai, and decided to bring an adda-inspired home table at their Gurugram residence. From a Saraswati Pujo-themed Bengali home table to farm-to-table nolen gur norom pak sondesh pop-ups, the Camellia Artisanal supper club (@camellia.artisanal) is bringing authentic Bengali cuisine to Delhi.

The home table menu features dishes that the couple grew up eating or family recipes that have been added to their collection over the years. When I scrolled down their social media handles and saw videos of strangers enjoying the Bengali meal together, it didn’t look like the group was meeting for the first time—that’s the warmth at these supper clubs! You can expect shared stories, laughter, and good food at this supper club.

MOOD Delhi

Started by the mother-daughter duo, Nicole and Kusuma Juneja, Mood Delhi (@moodindelhi) is another supper club that shines the spotlight on North Eastern cuisine, with a strong focus on sourcing regional ingredients unique to the culinary traditions.

The ingredients are sourced from their own farm, Dara Khet, located in Darjeeling. Patrons swear by the perfectly crafted and succulent momo and braised pork dishes. While they offer home delivery and take away, keep an eye out for their sit-down sessions where you can enjoy the food with a side of sweet personal tales from its makers.
