Each cocktail draws from the spirit, culture, and essence of a place that founder Vedant Newatia has studied and travelled, distilling global experiences into liquid art.
Highlights from the menu include Arriba!, a bold fusion of tequila, jalapeño, and salsa that is Chef Newatia’s ode to Mexico’s fiery spirit. Another drink you must try is Hipa Hipa. The cocktail is a medley of gin, rum, betel leaf, and citrus that will transport you to Hawaii.

Each pour reflects the bar’s philosophy of blending bold local ingredients with global technique, creating drinks that are inventive, layered, and unforgettable. This takeover marks Stir’s debut in India, offering Indore a rare chance to experience Saigon’s cocktail culture for one night only. The concept reimagines cocktails through the lens of global cultures, travels, and ingredients – each drink a passport stamp in a glass. The collaboration promises an evening of cutting-edge mixology where technique, creativity, and unexpected flavour pairings come alive in every pour. Highlights from the menu include, proscht (a glacial rush of vodka, butterfly pea, and passionfruit) that is inspired by Vedant Newatia’s travels across Switzerland. Eviva (gin, olive oil, and a vanilla cheesecake foam that floats like a cloud over the Aegean) is another must-try drink from the menu.
