If you want to experience a tri-city Mexican bar takeover in Delhi, head to Latoya Delhi on June 20 for an unmissable one-night-only event that will bring together three of India’s most exciting Latin-inspired bars from three different parts of the country—Mehico (Kolkata), Juju Bar (Pune), and Latoya (Delhi). 

The event promises a cross-country cocktail takeover, where each participating bar brings its unique flavour, style, and energy to Latoyá for the night. 

Each bar will serve a curated trio of cocktails, including their own twist on the cantarito, a traditional Mexican serve made with tequila, citrus, and grapefruit soda, along with bold reimagining of other Mexican classics like the paloma and picante.

With just a limited number of batched cocktails available, guests are encouraged to arrive early and sip their way through nine exclusive drinks from three different cities.

Adding to the electric vibe of the evening: live DJ beats and Latoyá’s resident percussionist, ensuring the energy stays high well into the night.

Founded by Chef Niyati Rao and entrepreneur Sagar Neve, Bombay Daak is known for their nostalgic storytelling through their cocktails and bringing a taste of Mumbai’s old soul and spirited charm to the heart of Delhi.

An Eastern-Himalayan Culinary Showcase At Pullman New Delhi, Aerocity

Experience bold Himalayan flavours with Chef Ishita Rai Dewan and Chef Katherine Lim at Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The two chefs will come together to present heirloom recipes and regional dishes from Kalimpong, Sikkim, Nepal, Bhutan, among other locations, as part of a special ten-day culinary journey. 

Dewan is a culinary visionary from Kalimpong who brings the essence of Nepali home kitchens and artisanal mountain meats. She is the founder of Kalimpong’s first authentic Nepali restaurant and draws on hyperlocal ingredients and heritage recipes to curate a culinary delight for her diners. Accompanying her will be Chef Katherine Lim who is also India’s only global Hakka Chinese chef.  

Together, they will present a thoughtfully composed selection that will reflect the culinary diversity of the Eastern Himalayas.
