The Qube, an all-day global, world-cuisine atelier, has reopened its doors in an all-new avatar at The Leela Palace New Delhi. The revamped and reimagined space offers world-class cuisine, an ambience, and a digital art wall that pays tribute to Delhi, its architecture, and culture.
Food And Drinks At The Qube
Being an all-day dining space, Qube evolves from hosting a wide buffet spread for breakfast to a Thai dining studio with authentic preparations in the evening.
Breakfasts at The Qube begin with an artisanal buffet spread that offers seasonal preparations that use locally-sourced ingredients and home-made preserves. This is followed by a robust lunch buffet that features flavours from across the world—from India’s hyperlocal delicacies and Europe’s best offerings to a Continental selection of Mediterranean preparations.
The evenings at The Qube feature an à la carte menu curated by Chef Ashmeet Singh Jolly. The roster of preparations is a fine balance of authenticity and innovation.

The Thai dining studio that takes over The Qube every evening adds more charm to the evenings. Led by Chef Krung Thong, a native of the lush province of Kalasin in Northwestern Thailand, the menu of the Thai studio is inspired by his home-cooked meals. The preparations use traditional techniques and authentic ingredients that have been passed down to him over generations.
The beverage menu complements the culinary experience with seasonal offerings that range from no-proof cocktails like their kokum collins and curry leaf gimlet to tea-infused blends such as chai Martini and smoked masala negroni. The beverages employ native ingredients like jamun and amla that ensure freshness and surprise across seasons.
Sundays at The Qube are for themed brunches that turn the restaurant into a multi-sensory celebration—gourmet spreads paired with curated digital art and great music.
Ambience At The Qube
At The Qube, guests are welcomed by a gallery of niches, each holding ornate frames with vintage photographs and embroidered emblems in opulent red and gold. These are inspired by Delhi’s splendid architecture, echo the city’s past, and add an element of storytelling to the space.
The standout element at The Qube is an LED digital wall that evolves with time and tone. Curated in collaboration with a contemporary art platform, Masha Art, the living canvas features a rotating collection of digital artworks by celebrated and novice Indian artists such as Shrikant Kadam, Swaraj Das, Seema Kohli, and Rajesh Badaria, among others.
The ever-changing display champions storytelling, is integral to the space’s rhythm, and provides a well-suited dining experience to guests.
