What’s On The Menu?

Gaijin’s menu blends Japanese technique with fearless creativity. Dishes like Lamb Ribs, Truffle Corn Gunkan, and Not Buff Carpaccio pack bold, layered flavours. Vegetarian options shine too—Spinach Cream Cheese Gyoza and Grilled Zucchini with Corn Koji Sauce are anything but filler.

The mains are indulgentCrab Udon, Bone Marrow, and Tenderloin Katsu with Foie Gras offer comfort with a cosmopolitan twist. Desserts are visual and textural standouts, from the citrusy Mandarin to the savoury-sweet Brie Cheesecake.

Sip On Cocktails With Character

The bar menu tells stories through ingredients. From the oceanic Kombu Breeze to the theatrical Mt. Fuji, each cocktail is detailed and daring. Oink Oni blends bacon vodka and caramelised onion rum, while Midsummer Ritual channels a Japanese tea ceremony.

The zero-proof Spirited Away series stands strong with drinks like Blue Moon and Sakura Fizz—thoughtfully crafted and alcohol-free.

The Vibe

Split across two floors, Gaijin moves from sunlit serenity to sultry night-time energy. The centrepiece: a seven-tonne stone that anchors the main dining space, surrounded by brass lighting and rare vinyl.

Upstairs offers a private dining room, while a hidden alleyway explodes with neon, graffitied shutters, and whimsical Tokyo-meets-Mumbai signage—a playful tribute to the city’s chaos and charm.
