Mumbai’s acclaimed bar Bombay Daak, celebrated for its inventive cocktails and irreverent spin on India’s drinking culture, is ready to shine in Jaipur. On September 10, 2025, the bar will take over the counter at Native Cocktail Room, Jaipur, for a one-night collaboration that promises a playful yet deeply rooted celebration of Indian flavours.
Since opening in Bandra in early 2024, Bombay Daak has swiftly become one of Mumbai’s most talked-about watering holes. The bar, led by mixologist Yatish Bangera, takes a nostalgic approach to cocktails—drawing from India’s culinary heritage, local ingredients, and everyday memories. Its menu reads like a cultural map of the country, turning regional flavours into inventive drinks that balance wit and craftsmanship.
For the Jaipur showcase, guests can expect a curated line-up of Bombay Daak’s standout creations. The Lallantop (Uttar Pradesh) brings bold, grassy notes with mahua, bael, and mustard seed, while the Desi (Rajasthan) highlights the floral and spicy depth of saffron, rose, and ghee. The Naadan Kallu (Kerala) is a savoury-sour nod to toddy, pickled lemon, and peppercorn, and the Santra Season (Maharashtra) offers a refreshing coastal mix of santra, karvanda, and Malvani masala.

The takeover will be hosted at Native Cocktail Room, known for its immersive storytelling, inventive use of indigenous ingredients, and warm, design-led ambience. Native has built a reputation as Rajasthan’s first true cocktail destination. Founded with the philosophy of bringing local flavours to the glass, the bar has consistently featured in conversations about India’s evolving mixology culture.
It’s a rare chance for Jaipur’s cocktail enthusiasts to experience one of Mumbai’s most buzzed-about bar programs without leaving the city. The evening will spotlight how India’s regional tastes can be transformed into innovative drinking experiences. While Bombay Daak leans on nostalgia and playful reimagination, Native Cocktail Room is deeply rooted in terroir and regional identity. Together, they aim to showcase the future of Indian bartending, where craft, culture, and creativity come together in a single glass.
