From freshly-brewed coffee to open sandwiches that will steal your heart, Ingri is the perfect spot to bask in the winter sun, while munching on some yummy food

The scrumptious breakfast spread at Ingri.
The recipe for a perfect Sunday has four ingredients: morning sun, good company, hot coffee, and a hearty lunch or brunch. That’s exactly what my Sunday at Ingri was!
Museo Camera’s love for photography, history, and art greeted me, joined by Gurugram’s nippy air. When exploring the wide corridors of this art-rich museum, Ingri is the perfect place for a coffee break. The restaurant offers breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, soups, salad bowls, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts.
Chef Sunil Chauhan leads the kitchen, letting the quality of ingredients shine. Dishes look great, use fresh produce, are carefully sourced, and feature unique flavours, matching the smooth atmosphere.
From cosy indoor seating to a relaxing garden, Ingri allows morning conversations to blend into brunch or lunch. The restaurant welcomes everyone, including pets, and connects with Museo Camera through themed menus and storytelling events. Eating here feels warm and truly like home.

The Star Dish

As I mentioned, Ingri offers whatever your heart craves at almost any time of day. During my brunch visit, I discovered a standout: Ingri’s Spaghetti with minced lamb meatballs. To my surprise, despite seldom enjoying spaghetti and meatballs, this rendition made me a believer. It could easily be the best version I have ever tried.
The spaghetti is cooked in a Romano tomato sauce, finished with some cream, Parmesan, and fresh Italian basil. The spice and tang create a flavour you are likely to remember. Although the preparation might sound simple, it stands out as impressive.
The lamb meatballs are tender, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly—rich but not too heavy, unlike most red meat dishes. The Romano tomato sauce is bold and blends perfectly with the spaghetti, while the cream adds a gentle touch without overshadowing the tomato’s strong flavour. Parmesan adds a salty, savoury kick, with fresh basil supplying a light, herby freshness that balances the richness. The dish stays warm and satisfying—comfort food done right, just what you want for a lazy Sunday lunch.

What Else Is On The Menu?

Beyond the pasta, several other dishes stood out and earned spots on my list of favourites. Each was memorable and satisfying, with ample portions and balanced ingredients.
The deconstructed burrito bowl with chicken is ideal if you enjoy flavour-packed, flexible meals. Everything is laid out generously—letting you mix and match bites—rather than wrapped. The chicken is tender and well-seasoned, paired with guacamole, sour cream, red kidney beans in gravy, salsa, and roasted bell peppers. You can work through the bowl at your own pace, building new combinations—perfect for leisurely lunches.
The wood-fired pizzas at Ingri are authentic, warm, and delicious.
The peri peri chicken pizza was a definite favourite. The pan-tossed chicken, coated in paprika and bird’s eye chilli, adds just enough heat without overwhelming the base. Bright house tomato sauce, well-melted mozzarella, and gentle, smoky pimento chilli keep each slice spicy yet balanced. Both thin and thick crust options tasted great, and the cheese pull looked perfect.
Another standout was the open sandwich with smoked chicken, cherry tomato confit, and roasted bell peppers. The smoked chicken was tender and tasty; the tomato confit added strong flavour, and the roasted bell peppers contributed crunch, all served on sturdy sourdough. A sprout salad and baked banana chips made it healthy and filling. I’ll definitely order this again.

May I Have The Drinks Menu, Please?

For drinks, Ingri serves as a café, offering an extensive selection of coffee beverages, including frappuccinos, affogatos, smoothies, and teas.
As a coffee enthusiast, I always seek that caffeine kick. I opted without hesitation for Ingri’s classic cold coffee, which lived up to its promise. Built on robust espresso, this drink offers a deep, slightly bitter flavour, softened by cold milk and just enough sweetness.
Madagascar vanilla bean ice cream melts in, releasing gentle vanilla and creamy nuttiness that elevate each sip. Served over ice, the drink is smooth and indulgent, delivering a slow, comforting caffeine fix.
This cold coffee is made with single-estate Chikmagalur espresso beans, known for their full-bodied profile. The drink can be paired with Ingri’s almond biscotti, which is baked in-house, dairy-free, grain-free, and notably flavorful.
This spot is a must-try for coffee aficionados.
Beyond coffee, Ingri features signature teas, cold-pressed juices, shakes, dairy-free drinks, and rotating coolers, showcasing broad beverage expertise.
Opting for a non-caffeine option, the Ingri special berry burst satisfies both vegans and non-vegans. More substantial than a smoothie or milkshake, it’s vibrant, fresh, and feels like a wholesome meal in a glass.
Made with blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, it is naturally sweet-tart, with no added sugars. House-made almond milk ties it together, lending soft, nutty flavors that balance the berries’ fruitiness. Its clean taste stands out—nothing overpowering or artificial.

There’s Always Room For Dessert

After all that food, I could barely eat another bite. Still, as people say, dessert always finds its own separate space!
I sampled Ingri’s apple cinnamon ice cream—unlike any other I’ve tried. Dominated by intense cinnamon, it’s perfect for those who crave a warm, spiced punch. Only try it if you love cinnamon.
It comes with crisp, wafer-thin apple chips that add airy crunch and contrast to the nutty spice. This bold, unexpected flavour is playful if you’re looking for something adventurous and seasonal.
The dessert selection at Ingri is versatile and delectable
After the ice cream, I chose a classic: the dark chocolate and raspberry cake—a crowd-pleaser. Rich, gooey, and decadent, it achieves perfect sweetness, thanks to dark chocolate. Raspberry compote runs through it, adding tang that cuts the richness. Every bite is melt-in-the-mouth soft, with the comforting richness you expect from a chocolate dessert. This cake was the perfect end to my meal.

Vibe Check

Ingri offers indoor and outdoor seating, each radiating a calm, casual energy—great for catching up, relaxing, or recharging. The atmosphere truly relaxes, warms, and encourages you to linger after your meal.
The outdoor seating stands out. Bathed in sunlight and surrounded by greenery, the garden feels like a friend’s backyard more than a Gurugram restaurant. Comfortable sofas invite you to stay, and picnic umbrellas add shade and a touch of European café charm. Ingri also welcomes dogs, so you’ll often see pets under tables or getting treats.
