The recently introduced Truffle and Caviar Experience invites diners to delve into Italian cuisine through a menu that emphasizes high-quality ingredients, and a strong foundation in artisanal techniques. A Celebration Of Truffles

From that point, the menu continues with a series of thoughtfully-balanced courses. The tuna tartare is refreshing, while the handcrafted lobster bottoni showcases a more rich and refined example of Italian culinary techniques. A perfectly prepared Chilean sea bass, served with cauliflower purée and a subtle butter emulsion, completes the meal.
