From pet-friendly eateries and art cafes to vegan restaurants, here's a roundup of the best brunch spots in Jaipur.
Having grown up in Jaipur, I’ve witnessed the city’s food scene transform over the years. The Pink City today is not only buzzing with stylish cocktail bars and fine-dining restaurants, but also brimming with unique concept cafés that are perfect for a leisurely brunch with friends or a cosy date.
From a pet-friendly café and an art-inspired hangout to book cafés and hidden gems known for their food, here’s a curated roundup of Jaipur’s best brunch spots.
If there is one place in Jaipur that is becoming every pet lover’s favourite, it has to be The Pawfee House. If you have a pet, take them along for a date where they can play with their furry friends and enjoy a nice treat from the pet menu served at the cafe. If you don’t have a pet, step in to play with a pack of dogs and cats that the pet-friendly cafe has adopted.
Their menu highlights include small bites like the Mexican mirchi vada, mozzarella sticks, mushroom toastie, and the pesto cottage cheese panini. Their meal bowls are a hit, too. Standouts include the keto bowl and the fungi risotto. Their mac n cheese and farmers’ dream pizza, waffles, pancakes, and smoothie bowls are must-tries. Pick their banana coffee oatmeal smoothie bowl and the peanut butter pancakes that count as diner favourites.

If there is one place that started the idea of concept cafes in Jaipur, it has to be The Art Ghar. It is also a spot that brought the idea of sip and paint to the Pink City when it opened up in an 80-year-old house in 2020. I remember I was once a regular at the art cafe, and it tops my list of the cutest spots to go out for a brunch date with your gang or even a date.
They also offer a promising and compact menu with various diet-specific preparations and great salads and rolls. My staple order at The Art Ghar would be their creamy paneer with mushroom and broccoli. Some other highlights include their Indian thali, paneer caesar salad, white sauce chicken pasta, and mac and cheese. They offer a range of refreshing mocktails that are a must-try during the summer.

Jaipur Modern Kitchen is one of Jaipur’s most loved brunch spots by people across age groups. Housed in an old bungalow in C Scheme, Jaipur Modern Kitchen serves some great gluten-free and vegan preparations driven by seasonal and fresh ingredients.
Standouts from the menu include the avo truffle toastie, potato rosti platter, soba noodle salad, curry momo, and the Jaipur Modern pizza. A favourite among loyalists is their smoothie bowls and desserts. Some must-tries include their tiramisu, which is the best the city offers. Their Philly cheesecake and quinoa carrot cake are my other favourite picks from the menu.
To pair it with your meal, order it from their juice roster. Rosa rossa or energia are good picks. However, if you like a nice coffee, go for their Vietnamese flat white or Iced mocha.

When I list down the best South Indian food joints in Jaipur, I can only think of a handful. The Library at The Clarks Amer in Jaipur is at the top of the list. It is a cosy and comfortable spot to enjoy Pink City’s best filter coffee paired with crispy dosas.
An artist playing a folk instrument called the ravanahatha will usher you into this quaint spot, where you will find tables with banana leaves. You can also pick a book from their library as you sip coffee, break into the dosas, and dip the idlis.
Their filter hot kappi and neer mor (buttermilk) is a signature drink at the non-alcoholic restaurant. You must try the dosa platter with four varieties of unique dosas like rawa dosai, charcoal dosa, chocolate dosa, and ragi dosa. This platter is served with chutneys like the Tiranga chutney, coriander chutney, orange chutney, tomato chutney, and Udupi chutney. Apart from these, their vendakkai mor kulambu (okra simmered in a rich yoghurt curry) and seeraga milagu sadam (pepper and cumin flavoured rice) are must-tries.

There are very few restaurants in Jaipur that stand the test of time. One such spot is Meraaki Kitchen, known among city dwellers for its great food across cuisines. They serve preparations across Thai, Burmese, Lebanese, Japanese, and Indian cuisine—a good place to stop if you are confused about what you want to eat but want to play it safe with the food.
Some highlights from the menu include red rice sushi, Burmese khao suey, bang bang dumplings, chilli garlic udon noodles, rustic pizza, and their mixed veggie dimsum. Their Indian preparations are overrated, but some must-tries include hara bhara kebab and stuffed tandoori mushroom.
Their chai-flavoured ice cream, chai Parle G, is one of the desserts they have ordered the most on their menu. However, my favourites are the classic Nutella cheesecake, the lemon yuzu cake, and the skillet choco chip cookie with ice cream.
